      • Pre-ordered advent calendars will start shipping out from October 4th. We appreciate your patience and are confident you'll find it worth the wait! Once your calendar is shipped, we will of course send you an e-mail with the tracking information for your parcel. *If you are ordering other products, they will also ship in October.     • Can I purchase the advent calendar after the pre-order period?
      • Yes, October 6th, you will be able to purchase The Advent Calendar with immediate shipping. However, stock is limited, so we recommend securing yours early!
    • Can I return the advent calendar if I’m not happy with it?
      • Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy for The Advent Calendar. However, to be eligible for a return, the products must not be opened, used, and the advent calendar packaging must not be damaged. Only then it is eligible for a return.
